I bought MLORF through Schwab. In 20+ years trading with Schwab, I find them very reliable at timely communication. Yet neither last year or this year (yet) have I received a notice or proxy vote form from MLORF via Schwab. It seems Montello's executives use their exemption from notifying US investors (my other TSX juniors don't weasel out like that).

Too much water under the bridge with this stock. I'm holding the paper but it's valued at zero in my portfolio. I've moved on and only have only a cursory interest in their fate. The management who was most obviously dishonest are gone and if justice prevails, they face eternal damnation. I don't know about the new bunch but Brownie's actions so far have just confirmed his gutless similarity to the Corker.

I won't waste my time going to the AGM to hear more vagueries and outright lies.
