Once again, hope you're right. If MEO actually drilled where Mother Nature stored the right stuff and if we now have (or can attract) competent management, the capital to extract it profitably will be found.

A little positive news and retail investors are already lining up to buy? No matter what the "official" enquiry might have uncovered it's clear that Corker & Company suppressed material information to the harm and detriment of other investors (us). My theory is that the authorities came uncomfortably close to discovering shenanigans or why else would Corker step down (he's still in the shadows and will probably remain an influence on MEO which is unfortunate for those of us who prefer honesty and transparency).

I suggest we don't relax our diligent scrutiny until Brownie has proved he is competent and can stand up to the previous "mob" that ran MEO. If he tries to screw us we should subject him to the same gauntlet of regulators that brought Corker to heel. If he succeeds, I'll be the first to sing his praises.
