I still believe that there is something in them there wells down in TN, plus Pincher only needs the pipeline built. They have the money for the pipeline but from what I have read on other boards, the operator needs to get their a$$ in gear. They've sold the farm in TN and so may be able to get started down there again as well. Again if all the partners are able to as well. No idea if they can cut the partners loose or not.

Investing at current prices drops the average price of my sp significantly. The sp will rise again once everyone is onboard and on time with $$$ so they can move forward. At least that is what I am hoping wil happen.
