If an agreement is actually in place, why would they be coy about disclosing the name of the funder so investors can ascertain whether it is a bona fide going concern or whether it's another will o' the wisp like so many of MEO's former non-performing "business partners".
There's perennially many a slip 'tween the cup and the lip with these guys so I wouldn't set my expectations too high on actual performance versus words.
