can ayone tell me who I can file a complaint with in the USA against TDAmeritrade? for 4 days I have been trying to buy under .10 and am getting 0,,,this is the second time this has happened with these guys,,,if the sp is over .12 my orders are filled in a second,,,but I get nothing when I try to buy under .10....
