No disrespect intended, but IMO all attending the AMS will be diehard longs, and as such should be fully postured before the meeting. They would greet a 20% rise with glee and, again, being diehard longs, probably wouldn`t be interested in selling on the spot - if there was an urge to sell, they could do it Monday (at which time there`d probably be another, bigger spike on the news after WE word-spread).
I`m suspecting something merely due to management`s stated and demonstrated desire to reward (long-time) shareholders, and this timing of events. Dividend payout Monday hitting investor accounts to today (my last one hit this am). Opportunity to re-invest before the AMS. A well orchestrated reward scenario.
I won`t necessarily be disappointed if I`m wrong, but will be very impressed (as will everyone watching) if I`m right.
But I KNOW nuttin`!

PS: If you were one of those watching, wouldn`t it arouse your interest to see a company so obviously rewarding its shareholders? (rather than focusing on lining their own pockets).
