so...Moore et al win in all aspects of the upcoming hearings/trial. Higgins barred from testifying etc etc...Moore is proven to hold 50% ownership in the 336, 779, or all of shboom while PTSC holds the other 50% (via Fish.)

What then would be our next step. Do we allow TPL to take the lead? Do we proceed immediately vs INTC or the Japanese 5 and/or others?
