Yours was na excellent synopsis of meeting.
It is my hope that those who did not get a chance to attend the shm understand from your report that
TPL will not negotiate or divulge negotiations in public which is understandable. We need to be patient and wait for deals to be done before they are reported.
Just a few things I would add:
I agree that DP was very poised and did a good job.
Two million of warrants already bought back by co.
DP`s quote on more dividends was, ``of course more dividends in the future``
DP quote on ignite ``currently entertaining discussion regarding joint venture with ignite`` - my take on this statement was, does that mean the company is discussing joint venture presently or is looking for someone to enter discussions with. Not anything to speculate on as it will happen when it happens.
Company should be receiving schedule order form Texas in a matter of days.
There will be another meeting toward the end of the year but this is mostly due to the closing of the fiscal year requirements.
I think many of us would agree that the Board was surprised ot see such a large turnout and realize now more than ever that there are real people out there that they are responsible to. That is not to say that they didn`t understand this responsiblity before but now there are faces behind the calls, emails and proxy statements and of course posters.
Virt, glad we were able to get a chance to meet along with many of the other posters from this board. Just remember that the sun ``almost`` always shines in SanDiego.
