I remember him fooling around with his laptop, summoning his son to the lectern in an effort to get the laptop booted up. Son succeeded. One of them said P-Newco has been renamed Phoenix Technological Solutions. REgarding the name change, I know it started with Phoenix, unsure about the rest of the title.
