update regarding Brian and the AB. It would have been better imo if he had explained that with a sign-off letter tho. Could have had a small go get`em party..cake, ice cream...nothing major.
I think everyone relaying the event has done an outstanding job. High quality posts. Thanks. This is a fantastic board.
I have no doubts that we will get many more settlements and great money going forward. That our patents will hold up,That we are in great hands having TT and crew for lawyers and even TPL,for the most part, leading the way.
My main concern is...what does the company do with all the money, that will lend to acheiving the goals of:
1. A higher and sustained share price.
2. A listing on a major exchange.
3. Being attractive to Inst. investors.
4. Dare I say becoming Rambus-like?
Can these things be achieved without royalties or a schedule of multiple lump sum payments? Knowing that Inst. Investors, normally, do not like uncertain revenues nor volitility that could be caused by news dry spells or large disbursements of cash.
Can they be achieved with a continued long term dividend give away? Doesn`t giving away your cash cause you to be worth less? Will giving back the few cent per share cost us dollars?
I would like to hear from those who spoke with Brian and Mr. Pohl concerning these things and their thoughts.
Once again...Many Thanks,joe
