I spoke with Brian at length about some these issues and others. May I suggest you go back and read some of Brian`s many earlier posts for insight. I can firmly see his hand in some of the decisions which have already been made. His voice is but one of many. Many views are expressed before a decison is finalized. Brian does read this board occassionally. Rest assured, your voice thru these postings is being heard.
