Your additional information and insight to Virts inital post regarding the shm were excellent.

I agree that the Leckrone`s were not entertaining nor very good at public speaking in this very public of venues. After all they are a private company and obviously like it that way however it was obvious to me that they know their business although their approach may not be what we want it to be I for one am not experienced enough to know how to do it better. After all they mentioned that they have over 600 years of combined experience.

That being said it was obvious to me that they know the IP licensing business and are very methodical in their approach. In addition the companies that they are negotiating with on behalf of the MMP probably are the same companies that they are negotiating with to sell their new chip under Intellasys (or whatever they now call themselves). Their power point presentation for those who were not at the shm was half a screen in English and half in Japanese which told me they have used it often in their journies to Japan.

The conflict I see is that as Mac travels and negotiates with the infringers of the MMP how much time and effort is going into the mmp and how much time is going into the intelasys chip? In either case TPL makes money when we make money and not before so we can safely assume they are actively seeking deals on both of our behalf and I bet they want them as much as we do as it appeared to me that the money from the deals for the mmp infringement is the engine driving Intelasys.

Once again it was my great pleasure to meet so many shareholder/posters at the meeting. To those I only hope you all enjoyed your stay in my fair city. Although the sun did not come out very much I hope you were able to see some of the very many sights our city has to offer.

God Bless you all and may we meet again soon
