You simply ignore the 70,000,000 warrants and how S&L will be compensated for having to sell shares to maintain their 9.99% maximum holdings when shares are repurchased.

Don`t TPL have 30 full-time engineeers?

How will the price go above $2 when all there is will be diminishing returns? The are a finite number of infringers, the largest of which have been targetted.

Without ongoing royalties, the rug has been pulled from any sustained upward momentum.
