Sell because you do not have faith in the managment, the board or TPL --- it is implicit in your posts.

PS -- and maybe you should focus your calculations on the cost component of the microprocessor tech within the overall cost structure of the mfg`d product and look at a % of that number, as opposed to basing it on rev`s.
