Honestly how likely is it that TPL would use injunction as a serious threat? Remember they need to sell their Intelasys chip to these same system manufacturers so does anyone honestly think that TPL will use these aggressive tactics against potential customers when negotiating for MMP licenses? For all we know royalties might have been dropped from the ``TPL Business Plan`` due to it pissing off potential Intelasys customers not because they are ``to difficult to keep track of``. I just don`t buy that lame excuse one bit. It is what it is though.
