Very well said. My take, with no new signing news for 2 months is, the lump sum price has gone up and the companies are getting resistance from it. Attorney fees will increase. Push may come to shove with the J3 as the acid test. If no signings happen from here to the J3, how much cash is burned in that time? And yet, nobody else has been sued yet?............
