When I look at PTSC, I see a hole at the center of the company. No royalties. No productive facilities. There is, IMHO and with apologies to Gertrude Stein, no ``there`` there. I think that is why the pps is dropping, and as long as those two conditions prevail, it may never hold any high value it attains for very long. St. Aubin
