Milestone keeps saying that PTSC has a problem if they do a stock buy-back because it would put both S & L over their 9.99% limit. I point out that his arguement/FUD is all BS because, per their agreement, the onus is on S&L to prevent going over the threshold - the prohibition is against THEM, not PTSC.

So I expose the BS and shut him up with this FUD (it appears), and you (ptscman) come in with BS math and say it`s ``sad``, then JB chimes in saying you`re being too logical. Logical with a BS post about a non-issue that I`ve put to bed?

I just don`t get it. But, then again, I KNOW nuttin`!
