I say that b/c it was stated at SHM that we should hear about a court date in a few days. Also, if the 30 to 60 day time frame is accurate, it is time to hear about it anyway. As Ron said, as we approach the court date, the chances become greater that we will hear of settlements. It will be perfectly ok with me if we go to trial, however. The chances of getting a much larger settlement appeal to me. ads
