there is a little voice that keeps saying ``clean the J3`s clocks and it`s the mother lode. My perspective my be different if I was below water line on this one, but I am almost playing on house money and would not be terribly upset if TPL said we`re going to court. I would not be so foolhardy as to say we should do this if negotiations are going well. OTOH, if J3 are stalling, let`s duke it out and see what their attitude is. Wish one of us could be a fly on the wall during some of the negotiations...
