And if PTSC is validated, then why hasn`t anyone else been sued yet? What is the holdup?

J3 IMO is the acid test. It will set the price. Problem is, I think the license price has gone up (no deals in 2 months)to the point that everybody will wait for the J3 outcome.

I do hope I`m wrong on this.

PTSC to the Naz? 2 signings a month for a year would`ve got them to the Naz. Saving the money to offset Swartz/Lincoln down the road so 30 million shares don`t hit the market. Token dividends have appeased them.
