Actually, EDIG has money in the bank - in the form of large tax loss carry-forwards (good as money in the bank IF PTSC keeps bringing in the cash). This ``call`` comes down to whether EDIG IP has any true value infringement-wise. An unknown at this point (at least to us! LOL).

I`m not sure how I would feel about such a deal if (BIG IF) that were to happen, as I hold a lot of shares in both companies. And I probably don`t KNOW how I`d feel simply because I haven`t given it much thought.... Possible, but probably highly unlikely IMO.
