CF.....So if i went to a local Best Buy and i hear a mgr telling a saleman to be patient with a customer because he is one of hundreds that are returning their Ipods because of battery problems and i short the stock that would be insider trading....

Boy , i am sure that the fire caused many firehouses to respond..( common knowledge )..I believe the kid was just smart and the GOV`T has to give him his money back...He could have shorted the stock and great news could have come out the next day saying that only a fraction of Intels products were damaged......
