How about in one hour. Since we have not heard anything about court scheduling which had been suggested would happen in a matter of days at the AGM....the latest rumor suggests the J3 and TPL have notified the court, a settlement is forthcoming. Actually, it might be a possibility if we do not hear from the court soon. IT is either that or Ward is out with a head cold. Bored to death. good luck
