JBinFL - In all due respect it isn`t wise to call the Judg`s office and bother his staff with questions regarding the timing of events. It`ll happen when it happens... no need to burden them with extra work or worse informing shareholders before everyone else when something is supposed to occur. It would be illegal for them to tell you anything that isn`t public information already, so I don`t understand what you are trying to accomplish by bothering them, other than to get them PO`d at you.
