I think in the past you have posted that you are an attorney. If that is the case then you should almost certainly agree with Ron that anybody outside a case being heard or prepared in court is not and should not be privy to the status of that case. I am sure that you would not want anybody in the court system discussing your case with an outsider before you received that information and before it was made available to the general public.

There are many posters on this board who know we have seen your form of impatience regarding ptsc court matters before most recently involving the change of venue question in California. In the end we learned the decision of the Judge when the rest of the world did.

I think it is important that although it is hard for all of us to sit still and do nothing we should keep in mind that, Patience is a Virtue and ``we shall see``, when we shall see and in regard to this case not one gavel before.
