I know you are taking alot of heat on the other board for being the ``gap theorist``, but I have a serious question in that regard. Assuming that we still have a fair amount of holders that bought say, between 1.50 and 2.00...we should get a pretty good springboard effect or leap forward with any decent news. Again, alot of that depends on how many of these buyers are still holding and thus will be holding when it moves up. Will these new ``gap ups`` that will likely happen, given a good pr, be gaps that will eventually need to be filled or does it only affect the first go around when trading reached new recent highs without moving in slow incremental steps. I assume no...until we potentially clear $2.00. Long winded, I know, but I am trying to project stability on another leg up if based upon solid news and not just anticipation of court dates. good luck
