If we still have at least15 days to wait for the court to set dates, we will all be better off waiting to buy later (as the sp will probably keep falling) IMHO. Your talk with the clerk confirmed that there will be no news from the court untill next month. Of course, we could hear of settlements before then---which is what I am hoping for. We could also hear about something concerning the I/I--the fact that funds are buying in gives me hope that there is something in the works there. Good luck, ads
