Why is it necessarily to the ``dozens`` advantage to take a wait and see approach? This could definately backfire in their face. Certainly, if TPL were to strike a deal in the near future with the J3, it would be for what one would think...a substantial figure.Now, with that money in the vault and plenty of financial security and confidance being felt on the part of PTSC/TPL....no need to rush to settle with the rest. I think the others are taking quite a gamble with this strategy, unless of course, they feel they are not infringing. At this point, as we anticipate a CSO, would it not strengthen TPL bargaining position regard J3 by announcing another settlement....hence the need to still give a discount to the other fish and get it done.
