It doesn`t appear that the dividends went back into buying more stock. That second dividend, while a nice gesture, appeared as a signal of imminent news or settlements...otherwise why issue it seperately just on the heels of the first???

Since there has been little in the way of news lately, it trades on weakness. That is not to say the settlements aren`t coming but the back to back dividends sent a message, unfulfilled to this point.

If more is on the way, which it appears is the case, patience will be rewarded.
