Question re: Markman Hearing?

Apologies if this question has already been answered. Having never heard of a Markman hearing before, that is until I bought PTSC, I was wondering if/when the result of the Markman hearing is reached....is it PR material? Would TPL or Patriot publicize such a ruling? TIA
