unfortunately as we drift downwards, the ``pop`` you expect with a settlement you expect will be less and less. If we could have held at $1, then the pop could have been past $3. And up from there as the plan came to fruition. but as investors (Swartz?) sell off a few million shares each day and drive the price to a few dimes, the pop may only be back to a buck.

Unless we see the plan in action instead of long periods of silence, we are back to being what we were.
