I don`t think Patriot ever intended to seek injunctive relief. We simply want just and reasonable licensing fees for use of the MMP. In our case injunctions aren`t warranted. This won`t stop a court from issueing a judgement for monetary relief due to infringement.

That`s the bottom line IMO.
