I don`t know if PTSC ever intended to seek injunctive relief, however, Lekrone has stated that licensing the MMP portfolio would ensure against supply chain interruptions. This ruling could possibly take the teeth away from his statement allowing infringers to take their time in stepping up to the bargaining table since the fear is gone that their business could be placed on hold until they work with us. I am not sure if it would be economically fair for us to do this, however, the leverage would probably help expedite the settlement process. We might have just lost this leverage.
