I`m not an attorney either and perhaps ronran or someone else who is an attorney will weigh in, but if a judge rules that Company X must pay PTSC $200 Million dollars I do not think an injunction will be needed for them to pay. I would assume that if they do not pay further monetary penalties would ensue. There must be some redress for the victor in these circumstances... the loser can`t just walk away scott free without paying whatever damages were won without some sort of penalty for non-compliance. Doesn`t make sense... and perhaps in this instance redress in the form of an injunction would be appropriate. Opinions and facts welcomed!
