Greg, you are right, ADP is Automatic Data Processing and according to the letter it is the leading provider of shareholder services to the Security Industry.

First Wall Street is the brokerage house I deal with, Wedbush Morgan is their clearing house. I only have this account there because the broker is a friend of 35 years. I get discounted rates and he is always able to get me any information I want in a reasonable time. He is currently checking on this letter and will get back to me. I also deal with Schwab however I am old school and like the personal touch sometimes and loyalty is important.

A portion of the letter I left out last night is interesting although I do not know what it means. It is as follows,

From our review of the information provided, it appears that the security involved was low priced and/or over -the-cournter bulletin board security . WMS has not been informed of any therory on what these individuals

hope to do with such limited information. (limited in whose eyes - my thoughts). It then goes on to list the shares I have of Patriot in this account and this account alone and once again none of the other stocks in this account.

Note: Just got off the phone with a Vp at Wedbush Morgan. He told me that the FBI is working on the case and that yes there was a security breach at ADP. He also said that my account was the only account at WB breached and that ptsc was the only information requested from it. When I told him that I had received information from friends (you all) that none of you had heard of this situation he said that this was a ``broad based problem``, involving many security firms. He said the way they decided to handle it was to inform their brokers who were to inform their clients, he only hoped that the other brokerage firms were doing the same.

He was not sure but he believed that ADP`s ``security`` was breached by a telephone request for this information!! He did find this unbelievable and that they are doing further investigation in house and would keep me informed as I will you.
