Was going to wait untill under .80 (from advise from my broker) however I got scared into buying back and placed an order at 1.08, put only a small amount got filled and then the price started to climp sharply so, not wishing to get caught without as news could come in of an agreement or such, I make the mistake of chasing the price up to

1.19 to get it all filled. I had 105k shares and now I have 98K ,,,,,,but hay I got my house fixed. The shares I have now are , FWIW , mostly free , however I spent the cash ( o`l well)

I sould have listened to him but got scared and make what I need to, so I`m at least thankful for that.

BTW, thank to whomever suggested Olshan they are who I chose to do the work. I also got a new HVAC system .
