I am wondering if this is getting the ground layed (registering the stock) so that the parties named can sell in the future. The thing that is so puzzling to me is --why not wait until it is complete and ready to file? This coming on the heels of marc`s situation is strange--could it be coincidence? Also, this reads more lilke a financial statement--I have never read an SB2 before--is this normal for that type of form? tia, ads
