In my years of investing, I don`t recall ever seeing a company register shares for the seller in this manner, particularly to supply the identities of the seller(s) that they apply to. I`m not claiming there`s a conspiracy -- I just want to learn from this.

Do you or does anyone have examples of other companies that have done this??
