Interesting PR scenario taking place in TiVo/Echostar patent war.

EchoStar states in PR that patent office rejects TiVo patent claims.

TiVo immediately releases PR countering Echostar stating that the misleading spin that EchoStar is putting out with respect to patent case against them is quite extraordinary, adding that most of their 61 claims were validated by the patent office.
