Also, I don`t think any judge will like it if he read this may have been a shorting vehicle for the BOD and friends--much less a Texas Judge. IMHO, PTSC would become a laughing stock in Marshall. Surely they will explain it better before trial date-surely they don`t mean that AMD and TPL are free to short this stock!
