In table II, column #5, ``A`` = aquired, ``D`` = disposed. At the bottom of column #5 it shows 200,000 options. Right above that number is an ``A``. Above that is the discriptor for ``A``. I think we are saying the same thing, but I did not see the words ``award or grant``.
