with TPL being a private co., it would be very hard, if not impossible to prosecute any of our officers for insider trading. This is great for us because it gives us a heads up, I think. I also believe TPL is holding off some good news for the next quarter to show improvement over last quarter as was stated earlier, they can do a lot of things that we can`t do and still be legal.
