of mine called Ameritrade and asked to have his certificates sent to him, they said `` it would take 6 weeks and cost $45``. I then called Fidelity and requested my certificates sent, they said ``6weeks and $15 per certificate``. Is this wait normal, I dunno. GLTA have a great weekend all you PATRIOTS
