I don`t think its any secret that TPL has the leverage, research infrastructure and litigation tools so far. Since we get 50% of the cut, would you have negotiated for a fatter cut? If so, I`d like to hear your rationale.
As far as the PTSC end, they have ignite - So instead of Turley, what person of IMPACT would you get (and how much would you pay that person) to help place your technology and to find the right fit? How would you incent that person?
How would you direct this person to do their job and what would you base your decisions on?
Instead of getting PT CFO help, you think bringing back Giff FULL TIME at $160K/yr is a better financial fit?
Should we go back to the well with Swartz - was that better in your eyes?
Should the 6% divi have been funnelled back into the company, and the hell with the longs? If so, what would you do with the money?
How would you trim down the BOD further? Please advise how and why Falk and Felzyn should be removed. Johnson represents Swartz, who would you remove him?
Should Pohl`s pay be reduced? If so, by how much? Do you think a man with his experience will work for less? If not, who would you get and what would you expect to be covered?
Would you hold off B&O or cave and get them out of the way?
