You know what? I bet PTSC did get big bucks. Maybe by touting the idea of ``saving`` dollars by coming to terms instead of being sued will prompt other infringers to follow in SONY`s footsteps.

We don`t yet know what SONY paid, but I bet it was pretty substantial. Maybe in addition to money some other opportunity presented itself. (All just conjecture on my part)

Anyway, the whole scenario being out of my control leads me to try to look the positive.
