TPL did not say they signed at a discount--PTSC did. IMHO, it was Pohl who wanted the sp drop today. It really shocks me that they included wording that TPL did not have in their PR. Most of the others have been very similar and I always thought that was b/c TPL wanted it that way. Doesn`t TPL have to preapprove PR content by PTSC? Sure hope DP has not put his other foot in his mouth. It must be hard for him to serve two masters--both Leckrone AND Swartz.
