that D.P. is an attorney. Ron can confirm words are an attorney`s tool in trade. Using that assumption, I have to believe that DP`s statement of Sony ``achieving this distinct honor`` as well as the previous frequent use of ``strategic decision`` in regard to the dropping of Sony from the joint ``J `` suit filed in Texas tells me there is a pony in there somewhere.

TPL approves PTSC`s pr`s before they are released and they are the sole negotiators of the MMP. Therefore they knew what DP was going to say on Monday. If they thought it was going to harm ongoing negotiations then they would have not allowed DP to issue that pr. Words mean something, I am of the theory that ``something`` is going on and we will see.
