You always think it going to be different this time around. I mean with all the cash that’s coming in you would think it would motivate them a bit more. They have had a year after the portfolio was put together to at least come up with a plan. DP has a vision of an umbrella of revenue generating streams but has never revisited it to create a real plan to getting there. Maybe it’s going to take more time I don’t know but I`m just frustrated by their lack of direction. The thing that has prevented me from selling is knowing TPL is working and producing for us. I can`t say the same about our BOD. I have always been critical of our board just never really vented because I thought they just needed a little more time to make things happen. I hate to be so critical at this juncture I really do but the BOD has a knack for sitting on their ass doing nothing.
