are we a patent troll, finding it easier to settle for ``nusience`` fees than actually produce anything? OR did we purchase a group of patents that are legally ours and others are using without compensating us for them? If the latter, the nusience fee level MUST stop. While early licencees served to help validate our claims, continued discounted license fees will do the opposite and start to detract from our patent legitimacy. Onlookers will claim that all we can get are nusience fees. Big business would rather pay a smaller fee and have no risk in court than pay for legal defense. If we continue this path, we become patent troll. Are you ready to buckle in and take the chance to prove we are not patent trolls. There is only one way to bust out of this $1 price range. Either we go bust or we go WAY up. Or we keep trying to get nusience fees and trade between .7 and 1.5? JMHO
